Introduction
For many insurance companies, customer interactions are often limited to policy renewals and claims. Hiscox, a leading insurer for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), wanted to change that. They sought a way to engage their tech-focused SME customers beyond the annual renewal cycle—delivering ongoing value and reinforcing their role as a trusted partner.
We developed the Hiscox Informed app in collaboration with Better Than Paper, an agency we have worked closely with for years. The project was commissioned by Vizeum, Hiscox’s marketing strategy agency, to create an always-on digital touchpoint for their customers.
